Cascadia Creamery is a family run operation located in the foothills of Mt. Adams in the town of Trout Lake, Washington. Cascadia Creamery revives a long tradition of artisan cheese making in the Trout Lake Valley which began over 125 years ago. Here rich volcanic soils and temperate weather provide lush grazing meadows for our cows and an ideal location to craft our organic, aged, raw artisan cheeses.
Cutflowers For You is a grower of chemical-free, seasonal cut flowers and holiday wreaths and arrangements. Our flowers are available via a 15 week subscription program, for special occasions (weddings, parties), special orders, or local markets.
We are a raw goat dairy and we sell everything on a sliding scale. If you are unfamiliar with sliding scale pricing, there’s a price range on every product. If you can only afford the lower end- that’s great, that’s why it’s there! If you can afford it and would like to pay a little more, you are welcome to do so. We want healthy, fresh, nutritious food to be accessible to everyone regardless of income. We think people that have the means will pay a little more so that those who can’t will still be able to eat healthy and our books will balance in the long run.
Eggs are my main product. Free range, vegetarian feed, lots of indoor barn space for the winter, no medications except initial vaccinations, chickens that are free to live chicken lives. The door is opened in the morning and they come and go as they please until they put themselves to roost at night.
We are a year-round cooperative CSA working exclusively with local organic family farms. We grow apples, pears, blueberries, strawberries, mushrooms and a variety of vegetables from our gardens.
Through its certified organic farm, herbal CSA, workshops, and farmstays, Jean Marie’s Garden offers people a way to easily and sustainably incorporate the power of herbs into their healthcare and culinary practices.
We offer Lorna Butte Natural Spring Lambs and 4H raised hogs. Monthly processing date starting in May through October. Wild plums, eggs and other garden produce available this season.
