One Breath Beverage is a two-women powered business dedicated to crafting fine fermented beverages. We source ingredients that are organic and sustainable always, local and wild whenever possible. We are exploring the art of brewing kombucha and sparking kefir water into beverages that are not only healthy and gut-nourishing, but an absolute delight to drink or blend with. Our beverages are naturally low in sugar and packed with live probiotics, then we add our love and creativity to create flavors that are complex, fresh, and delicious. We keep our values in mind every day, and operate in love and kindness for our earth, our community and our bodies.
We are a family run, natural fermentation company and organic farmers. We have a small farm and we grow many vegetables to ferment as well, we work with 3 other local farmers to produce our fermented foods. We are certified organic, and all of our products are raw and probiotic.
Specialize in meat turkey and chickens, both Cornish and a Heritage Delaware varieties. That are grown with all organic soy and GMO free feed and raised on fresh pasture everyday; butchered in house. We offer poultry CSA options, as well as vegetable CSA’s, pastured eggs, diverse market vegetables, granola, microgreens, and value added poultry products.
The Big Barn Farm is a small family owned organic farm in the Trout Lake Valley. Each week during the growing seasons we deliver a box of freshly harvested vegetable and fruits to the homes of our CSA customers, and sell vegetables to the local restaurants. We have been a CSA farm since 2007.
