Cascadia Creamery is a family run operation located in the foothills of Mt. Adams in the town of Trout Lake, Washington. Cascadia Creamery revives a long tradition of artisan cheese making in the Trout Lake Valley which began over 125 years ago. Here rich volcanic soils and temperate weather provide lush grazing meadows for our cows and an ideal location to craft our organic, aged, raw artisan cheeses.
We are a family owned & operated orchard. We produce local fruit and produce, and do it carefully and thoughtully, using minimal amounts of targeted sprays and fertilizers. We have been farming here for 26 years, and branched out into the fruit stand business 2 years ago. My husband is the 3rd. genertion of his family to live and farm here.

Dickey farms was homesteaded 1867 Henderson/Warner Farms. It became Dickey Farms in 1921 & now spans 7 generations. Approximately 72 acres are farmed with rotating crops throughout the season. The crops harvested are: green onions, spinach, green cabbage, green beans, tomatoes, sweet corn, eggplant, peppers, summer squash, cucumbers, winter squash, cherries, peaches & apricots. the farm is GAP & Food Alliance certified.
