We have the Perfect Job for the right person! We are looking for experienced (min. 2 yrs), hard working, organized person to be our Farm Manager. Carry out all aspects of production on our 10 acre farm.
Dancing Roots Farm has been a respected provider to Portland’s vibrant food scene since 1998. We are 25 minutes east of downtown, in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge just above the Wild & Scenic Sandy river.
Primary Responsibilities
• Supervise and work with our small farm crew on all field work and harvesting
• Make and implement weekly planting schedule for prophouse & field seeding, transplanting, irrigation
• Share scheduled tractor work w/owner - tillage, cultivation, seeding & mowing
