An event every month that begins at 4:00 am on day First of the month, repeating until July 4, 2018
Community of Practice is a monthly meeting alternating between The Dalles and Hood River. The attendees consist of Community Health Workers working in the gorge and Community Partners wanting to network with CHW’s. The meeting is a time to share resources and be educated on the topic of the month.
