Five local artists have created works of art inspired by conversations with five local farmers. From rolling wheat fields, Native fishing platforms, and pastures of native grasses to bountiful orchards and meandering rows of vegetables plowed by draft horses, stories of perseverance and commitment to cultivating and harvesting food for the people of or region have emerged. Yet, in a land of abundance too many people are still in need of food.
