MEATing- meat producers & processors meeting

Join Gorge Grown Food Network, OSU Extension, & WSU Extension for a gathering of local meat producers, processors, and stakeholders to learn from each other, share resources and garner a greater understanding of the unique needs of meat production in the Columbia River Gorge.

Poultry Specialist, James Hermes will teach a free workshop, “Poultry Meat Production for the Small Producer” and offer expert advice on breed selection, management, feeding, economics & more.
