We are small scale producers of prime grass-fed beef in halves and quarters. Our beef is dry aged and cut/wrapped to your specifications. We may have shares available in 2011; contact us for details.
Our beef will be ready to cut and wrap about the last week of July. We use River's Edge Custom Meats in The Dalles and they cut and wrap to order according to each buyer's wishes.
