Locally grown and processed whole wheat pancake and waffle mix.
The wheat for our mix is locally grown in the Columbia Gorge on land that has been farmed by the Kelly family for five generations. The mix is milled and packaged in the historic Sunshine Mill in The Dalles, Oregon. Soft white wheat makes a whole-grain flour with a mild taste and fluffy texture that is ideal for delicious pancakes and waffles.
